Ministry Director

Provide visionary leadership for the ministry in alignment with Connect’s mission, vision, values, and strategy. Oversee Sunday services–including: operations, connections, worship, and kids ministries. This position is designed for a high-capacity, people-focused leader who builds teams, develops leaders, thinks strategically, coordinates projects & events, and executes effectively.
