Internship
Connect’s Internship Program is designed to help you discern whether God is calling you into vocational ministry. This 3-8 month experience provides hands-on ministry, focused learning, and personalized coaching to help you grow as a leader and discover how God has uniquely gifted you to serve.

Residency
The Residency Program at Connect is designed to intentionally prepare you to pursue God’s calling on your life in vocational ministry. This 1-3 year experience provides the hands-on leadership development, ministry responsibility, and personalized coaching you need to thrive and make a meaningful Kingdom impact. The residency can also be structured to complement graduate studies in ministry-related fields.
