Our Internship…
Is designed to help you discern whether or not God is calling you to serve in vocational ministry. Our internship program is a 3-8 month experience, during which you will receive knowledge, experience (both generally and with a specific ministry), and coaching to help you grow in your leadership and join God in his work.

Our Residency…
Is designed to actively prepare you to pursue God’s calling on your life for vocational ministry. Our residency program is a 1-3 year experience to ensure you receive the experience and coaching you need to thrive in ministry leadership and have a meaningful kingdom impact. The residency can also fit alongside graduate school pursuits in ministry fields.
